Document / MF-2026-TOS

The Terms of
Technical Agency.

This is a formal agreement between you and Motionfield. It defines how you interact with our gaming applications, our proprietary engine logic, and the high-performance digital atelier we maintain in Rome.

Effective Date

January 29, 2026

Location

Rome, Italy [41.9028° N, 12.4964° E]

Operating Standards

By deploying our applications on your hardware, you acknowledge that Motionfield provides high-fidelity interactive media subject to specific physical and technical constraints. We prioritize frame-rate stability and touch-to-action precision over universal legacy compatibility.

Technical Logic Overview
Fig. 01 — Architectural Logic & Input Mapping Specs

[01 // TERMINOLOGY MATRIX]

The Engine Matrix

Refers to the proprietary rendering pipeline and asset decompression logic used across Motionfield titles. Access is granted for execution, not extraction.

Motion-Factor

Our proprietary score of animation fluidity. Usage implies maintaining device conditions that allow a minimum Motion-Factor of 8.5/10.

Deployment Asset

Any localized instance of a Motionfield application, including temporary cache files and physics engine configurations stored locally.

Protocol User

Any individual who initiates a build sequence or establishes a connection to our multiplayer synchronization layers.

User Conduct & Agency

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to operate Motionfield gaming applications for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our asset decompressors or inject unauthorized physics overrides is a violation of this protocol.

  • 01. Thermal Responsibility: Users acknowledge that high-perfomance applications may cause device heating. You are responsible for ensuring your hardware remains within safe operating temperatures.
  • 02. Identity Integrity: Multiplayer profiles must represent a single human entity. Sybil attacks or botting clusters will result in immediate termination of the Engine Matrix license.
  • 03. Asset Capture: While we allow the streaming of gameplay, you may not use raw sound files or individual texture maps for standalone commercial projects.

Performance Trade-offs.

CONST_01

Visual Fidelity vs. Thermal Longevity

We push GPU limits to provide desktop-grade lighting. This may reduce battery longevity faster than standard mobile apps.

Mitigation: User may lower frame-rate cap to 60Hz in settings.
CONST_02

Physics Complexity vs. Load-time Speed

Our real-time physics engine requires substantial initial asset decompression, leading to potentially longer startup times on mid-range devices.

Mitigation: Background asset streaming is optimized for 200MB/min speeds.
CONST_03

Global Reach vs. Asset Resolution

High-end textures (4K) are downloaded on-demand. Users with limited bandwidth may experience dynamic resolution scaling.

Mitigation: Adaptive resolution tech maintains target FPS (Min 30).

Liability & Structural Integrity

Motionfield provides its services "as is" and "as available." While we employ world-class Performance QA Leads and Mobile UX Architects, digital infrastructure is subject to external variables—including Apple's Metal API requirements and Italian regional network latency—that are beyond our direct control.

We do not guarantee that the Engine Matrix will be uninterrupted or error-free. However, our internal build logs show a 99.8% uptime for multiplayer synchronization layers. In the event of a system failure, our priority is the preservation of your progress data over immediate session restoration.

The total liability of Motionfield for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service instance under dispute. This limitation is a fundamental element of the bargain between us.

Infrastructure Visualization

Build Log MF-A01 — Infrastructure

Documenting our commitment to porting desktop-grade lighting to mobile environments using optimized vertex shaders.

Designer Notes [UX Friction]

"We chose to enforce strict touch-latency requirements in our Terms because a gaming experience is only as good as its timing. If the hardware can't keep up with our 12ms target, we must disclose that friction transparently."

— Head of Mobile UX Architecture

The Resolution Protocols

01. Intellectual Property

All code, character designs, and physics models are the exclusive property of Motionfield, registered in Rome, Italy. Unauthorized redistribution via third-party repositories is strictly prohibited.

02. Jurisdictional Authority

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Rome, leveraging standard European commercial litigation protocols.

03. Termination of Node

We reserve the right to suspend any user account that exhibits high-frequency input patterns consistent with automated script exploitation or unauthorized telemetry tampering.

04. Updates & Iteration

Software is never finished—only released. We may update these terms as Apple, Google, or hardware manufacturers change their underlying rendering APIs.
